I had this great idea to make terrariums out of stuff I ’m long on , mainly infant food jars , but somewhere it went horribly untimely . I thought I ’d mull on what would make them better , other than a house ardour , but then I realise I have YOU to recount me off .
Here ’s what I did :
1 . I found a length of birch tree in a ditch . it draw me in from miles away , the lichen is just veracious . I pulled over , intersect dealings and grab it . It ’s been wait for a role since then . That was a year ago .

2 . I have baby solid food jar everywhere . I have a hard time parting with them , as they are cute and useful .
3 . I put a fiddling grime in each jar and pass it with refreshed moss ( with etymon ) from a salutary florist shop ’ . It ’s not that easy to come by , I ’m certain . But I realized that I bet it ’s pretty easy to wangle a terrarium with all the great dried mosses that are out there … What is the worst that could chance ? It rots ?
4 . Then I top each one with something dumb before I cap them up and string them . One has glitter , one has a bakellite patty decoration ( it tipped over ) , one has pink PEZ and one has a Cheap Trick guitar pick . It ’s not like it weigh because they all promptly twirl to face the untimely side once I hung them .

Ok , why is it lusterless ? Would it have been better if I had used conducting wire ? More jars ? grownup jolt ? What ’s the deal ? Is it a bad idea from the beginning ?
Let me hear your suggestion , even if you just hate the colouring material of my aliveness room …
