What is celeriac? Is it the same as celery?
They are link up to one another , in fact when you look at the top of celeriac they look like Apium graveolens dulce stems .

Celeriac has the consistence of a potato with the taste of soft cultivated celery and parsley

It takes a foresighted clip to grow , about 110 days , but this veg stores so well in a cold room ( about 5 months ) . That make it ’s a large survival of the fittest crop . This crop needs a lot of weewee to turn well ( like celery ) so usegarden mulchwith these plant life to facilitate with weewee holding .
