Caputia scaposa , formerly known asSenecio scaposus , is a lowly , nearly stemlesssucculentthat forms smashed rosettes of overweight , bright green leaves with silvery - white , woolly covering . It can uprise up to 12 inches ( 30 cm ) tall . The leaves are unsloped , dome - alike , and can evaluate up to 4 inches ( 10 cm ) long .
